Shipping Policy

1. When I can expect my package after I place order? U.S. Destinations - Processing Time of your package is usually shipped within two business days of receiving payment. You will receive an email notification of shipment with tracking number. - US shipments are via US Postal Service 1st Class, Priority Mail and on select items Parcel Post or United Parcel Service(UPS), with an estimated 2-7 day delivery time after date of shipment. Non-U.S. Destinations 2. Can I get the item faster than Standard way? We are sorry but we do not provide expedite shipment now. We use Standard way only. 3. I received the incorrect item. What should I do now? Please contact our customer service representative via E-mail, TheElixirUSA@yahoo.com 4. My package is damaged. Who do I contact? If your item was damaged, you will need to contact us via E-mail to TheElixirUSA@yahoo.com with the subject titled "Damaged Order". We will need the following information: date of items received, item number, courier and tracking number, and a daytime phone number.   RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 1. What if I am not satisfied with my order/ Change my mind? Please contact us within 30 days to get RMA. We will inform to you how to return the package by e-mail with RMA number. We do not accept any package without RMA number. Return package should be in New & original package condition or we may deduct re-stocking fee 10~15% depends on item condition. We issue a refund after we receive the package the item price only, we cannot refund shipping& handing. 2. How long does it take to process a refund? Once your return package is received by The Elixir USA generally takes 1-7 business days to file Refund / Replacement Claim. When the customers provide the tracking number, it could be faster. 3. Received defective/ wrong item. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. We will replace or exchange it, or refund your money at your option. Returned merchandise must be shipped insured in original packaging with RMA#. We do not accept any packages without RMA Number. 4. How I can get RMA? Please contact to us with your order number, shipping address and reason of Return. Our customer service representative will send you RMA within 24 biz hours to your e-mail address attached RMA slip.
