Shipping Policy

- For items returned with damages or defects, seller is responsible for sending a prepaid return label to customers. Customers must contact seller within 14days after receiving the product(s). - Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number and Original reciepts. -If customer wants to return the item for no reason, they must contact seller within 7 days after receiving the product. Customer is responsible for returning the item with their own funds. Return Items must be in New, Unopened and Unused condition. - Seller holds no responsibility for products marked as, “delivered” by shipping carrier. Customer must contact shipping carrier (UPS/USPS) for missing product(s), etc.
