Shipping Policy

Supplier will ship orders within 2 business days. Cancellation requests must be received before order ships. Shipping: All orders will be shipped via Fedex ground service. Vendor is not responsible for shipping or handling cost. Supplier ships to street addresses (no P.O. Boxes) in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Returns: Supplier will provide a fourteen (14) day return policy during which a buyer may return product (at their own expense) for any reason at all. Return products must be new in original packaging. Defective products will be replaced at Supplier’s expense. Defective claims must be placed within fourteen (14) days.
