Steamboy KHSMT-850C (water heated carpet), heating capabilities will create a high difference from the actual floor temperature. Condensation may occur between the mat and flooring. Placing a blanket or a cover underneath the product can help prevent any moisture damage to your flooring.
In addition, we recommend placing a blanket/cover over the product to prolong the heat. Without a blanket cover, the heat will escape quicker than being used as is.
