•All orders will be shipped out via USPS Priority mail which includes a tracking number. • We normally process orders within 24 hours. Most orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after receiving the initial order. All orders placed between Friday 3pm PST to Sunday 11:59pm PST will be processed on Monday as long as it is not a holiday. • Delivery may be delayed due to postal/national holidays, extreme/severe weather conditions, and/or any unforeseen natural causes.

The customer will be fully responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We are not liable and a refund will not be given for any returned item(s) that are sent back to us that we do not receive. The warehouse will inspect item(s) sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be applied to the full purchase price of the item(s). • Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Otherwise we may refuse to give a refund. • Used, worn, washed, or altered merchandise cannot be returned. • We will be fully responsible for product defects or if a wrong product was mailed to the customer. • We are not responsible and will not refund the buyer if the package is lost or undeliverable or rejected. Seller holds no responsibility for products marked as, “delivered” by shipping carrier. Customer must contact USPS for missing product(s), etc. since a tracking number is provided for every order. WARRANTY POLICY: • There is NO WARRANTY for any item(s) sold due to the nature of the product. • Purchased item(s) can be returned to the seller if the item(s) received is/are defective. The buyer must notify the seller of the defective item(s) within 7 days after receiving the product(s) (receipt required). The seller will send the buyer a shipping label to have the defective item(s) sent back. A replacement item(s) will be sent to the buyer after the initial item(s) are inspected and deem to be defective. PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: • Glasses are a fragile accessory which needs to be handled with extreme care. Damage during use incurred due to normal wear or carelessness may occur. • Dizziness caused by sunglasses are not a flaw or defect. It is simply due to the curvature of the lenses or difference of the upper and lower density of the colors which may vary between individuals wearing the product. • The surface of the lens of sunglasses may easily obtain scratches therefore requires extreme care. • Hair products, cosmetics, and perfumes might cause the lens and/or frame of the sunglasses or ophthalmic frames to lose it’s coating or change color. So please be careful. • In order to prevent the frames of losing its original shape and form please keep sunglasses and ophthalmic frames away from direct light and heat when not worn.
