Shipping Policy

ㆍWe offer FREE shipping on all orders of $99.99 or more for all domestic orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For orders under $99.99 we offer Standard Ground shipping of a flat fee of $24.99. Please allow 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at allkgoodsshop@gmail.com. We will not be able to changes to your order after it has shipped. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Return Policy

ㆍReturns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@allkgoods.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Handling fee of 20% will be charged for non-defective or non-damaged items. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges of non-defective or non-damaged items will be paid for by the customer.
